A recent ground-breaking ceremony in Alotau marked the construction of a K50 million fish market.
Deputy Prime Minister, Treasurer and Alotau MP Charles Abel, with the Japanese Ambassador to PNG, Satoshi Nakajima, officially did the ground breaking ceremony.
The project was initiated by the National Fisheries Authority in partnership with the Government of Japan.
