My Indian counterpart, His Excellency President Shri Ram Nath Kovind and I are officiating at the ground breaking Ceremony of the Lusaka City Roads Decongestion Project here in Chilanga district.

This is indeed a historic project which once completed will reduce traffic jams, travel time and travel distances thus directly benefit our business personnel, citizens and the nation at large.
