Jammu and Kashmir civic body polls: 63% polling turnout till 4PM

The first phase of the Jammu and Kashmir urban local body polls begin today. With the national conference and the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party boycotting the polls, congress and BJP will be in a direct contest for the first time in the state. Meanwhile security in the state has been tightened for the voting.
