Democrats may flip the House of Representatives at the midterm election. And if they do, Business Insider reports some say'll they'll support an investigation into Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who is expected to be confirmed on Saturday. And it may go so far as impeachment. However, even if a majority of the House votes to impeach Kavanaugh, two-thirds of the Senate would need to vote to remove him, making the likelihood of his ousting from the court very small.
