Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer is calling out U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Schumer said that the sexual misconduct allegation are reason enough for him to withdraw. According to Reuters, Schumer reiterated the need for an FBI investigation before a Senate vote. Schumer said it would be a “travesty” for the Supreme Court if there isn’t an investigation. Kavanaugh has been accused of sexual misconduct by two women.
