Tomi Lahren Tells Michelle Obama To 'Sit Down'

Tomi Lahren on Monday tweeted that Michelle Obama should "sit down."

Fox News personality Tomi Lahren on Monday told former First Lady Michelle Obama to "sit down," reports The Hill.   Lahren wrote in a tweet: "Michelle Obama said we 'had' a great president. By what measure? Not in economic growth. Not in border enforcement. Not in strength on the world stage. Sit down, Michelle."  Lahren's assertions came one day after Obama spoke in Las Vegas at an event for "When We All Vote," an organization she launched during the summer.
"If we want qualified people that we trust, then people have to vote," Obama said. "Because you can't vote some of the time and then sit out. You know, we saw that happen. We experienced that. But we had a great president."
Obama also told the rally crowd that she's "sick" of the "nastiness" in politics.   "Believe me, I am frustrated, too. I am sick of all the chaos and the nastiness of our politics," Obama said. "It's exhausting and, frankly, it's depressing. I understand wanting to shut it all out."
"But here's the problem. While some folks are frustrated and tuned out and staying home on Election Day, trust me, other folks are showing up," she further noted. "Democracy continues with or without you."
