Russian Easter Bread/Kulich, Paska | Recipe Tester Ep 1

While talking to my Russian colleagues we all reminisced about food and snacks in our home countries (I am half German and really miss some German stuff :( ). When my dear colleague Asene mentioned that she’d love to snack on a Kulich again, I really wanted to give it a shot and asked her to find a recipe that seemed right to her. I riddled her with questions before making it and they were in the end quite happy about the result.

What I liked:
*It was easy to follow.
*I liked that the ingredients were separated by sections (not all recipes have that, trust me).
*While printing out I was able to print without pictures and save some paper!

What I didn’t like:
*As easy as it was to follow it complicated a relatively easy dough.
*Redundant steps.
*Waste of egg yolks! At least suggest that you can add it into the dough later/earlier on.
