Race to save trapped miners in Philippines

Rescuers rushed to save at least 40 people, mostly miners and their families, buried by a landslide after Typhoon Mangkhut hit the Philippines on Saturday. The super typhoon, the strongest in the region so far this year, has killed at least 64 and affected 4 million.
