Parts of Guam were without power on September 10, according to local reports, as Typhoon Mangkhut bore down on the Pacific island territory.A typhoon warning was in place for Guam International Airport on that date, with the National Weather Service reporting gusts of up to 75 mph.The eye of the typhoon passed over the island of Rota, to the north of Guam.
