Forgetful Driver Retrieves Phone from Back of Car

Info from Licensor: "On a drive home from work, on the busiest highway in Canada, numerous kilometers from the an interchange, I encountered a driver in a van who made some sudden lane changes to pick up his cell phone from the back of van. I normally take a slightly different way home as I usually pickup my wife at a public transit. Driving directly home this evening, I saw this wild little event on a section of Highway I don't normally take."
