Dad David had always wanted to try an ostrich egg omelette. He found out there was an ostrich farm near his home in Montreal, so he decided to buy an egg and give it a go.David turned the omelette making experience into a very fun family affair. He cracked open the extremely hard exterior of the egg with a hammer, and poured the contents into bowl. One single ostrich egg is the equivalent to a whopping 24 regular eggs.He cooked up an omelette using his precious egg, and the overall verdict was that it was delicious!
