Trucks Upturned by Typhoon Jebi Winds in Osaka

Emergency services attempted to recover multiple trucks on a bridge in Osaka on September 4, after strong winds brought by Typhoon Jebi toppled them over.Elsewhere, the Tempozan Ferris Wheel in Osaka was spun around by the typhoon’s winds, and a section of the roof of Kyoto’s main railway station collapsed.NHK reported that flights were cancelled and train services were reduced as the storm swept northeast towards eastern Shikoku and Osaka.Areas of Japan affected by Jebi were already recovering from deadly storms that passed through earlier in the summer.
