Comedians Defend Louis C.K.'s Right
to Perform Michael Che and Michael Ian Black have come to the defense of Louis C.K. The embattled former 'Louie' star recently made an unannounced performance at New York's Comedy Cellar. Che, whose social media posts have since been deleted, wrote that he found it comical that people were aghast C.K. had returned to the stage. Black added on Twitter that he believed "people have to be allowed to serve their time and move on with their lives." Last November, C.K. was accused by at least five women of sexual misconduct. C.K. issued an apology for his actions but has since been blacklisted from current and future Hollywood projects.
