California’s Holy Fire, burning in Cleveland National Forest, flared up on Monday, August 27, two days after the nearly 23,000-acre blaze was almost contained.Monday’s flare-up burned roughly 150 acres, NBC reported.The Holy Fire, which broke out due to an alleged arson on August 6, was 95 percent contained on Saturday.
