The Vans Shop Riot Qualifiers took place in Haifa’s fresh, newly opened Seaside Skatepark where eight of Israel’s best teams showed up and gave the crowd an unforgettable show.

Yet again, 2016 saw the two leaders of the scene, Borderline & Gili’s Skateshop, clash in the finals. The winners for the sixth time out of seven in Israel’s history of Vans Shop Riot was Gili’s team, who boast some insanely talented skaters - Noam”Jimmy” Beer, Itamar Kessler and Dor Hershkovits. All three of them dominated the event from the kick off. We’re looking forward to seeing what they will pull out of the bag in the finals in Portugal!
