Ingrediants...

1. Rava /Samolina -1cup
2. Wheat flour -1/2cup
3. Besan /Gram flour -1/2cup
4. Bottle gourd / Lauki -1cup
5. Onion -1
6. Carrot -1/4cup
7. Salt to taste
8. Ginger -1ts
9. Chili -1
10. Til /Sesame seed -1tb
11. Haldi /Turmeric -1/2ts
12. Jeera /Cumin -1/2ts
13. Sugar -1ts
14. Ajwain /Carrom seed -1/2ts
15. Hing /Asafoetida -1/2ts
16. Baking soda -1/4ts
17. Corriander -2ts
18. Oil -2ts
19. Lemon -1/2
20. Water -11/2glass
21. Rai -1/2ts
22. Curryleaves -10-15

Method..
Take a bowl add Rava , wheat flour, Besan, grated Lauki, grated Onion,Grated Carrot,Salt to taste, Ginger, Chilli, Til, Haldi, Jeera,Sugar, Ajwain, Hing,Baking soda, Corriander,Oil, Lemon and mix it well.. take a steam plate greese with oil and make small muthia.. heat a Water in a steamer, keep plate and cover, cook in medium flame for 20min. then cool it down.
For Tadka
Take a pan add 2tb Oil, Rai, Curryleaves , Til and keep muthia and fry for 2min.till it get crispy
our tasty and healthy Lauki muthia is ready.
