Poha Appe /Healthy Breakfast Ideas
Ingredients

Poha /Chivda /Flat Rice 1Cup
Suji /Rava / Samolina 1/2Cup
Dahi / Curd 1/2 Cup
haldi / Turmeric 1/4ts
Red Chilli Powder 1/2ts
Corriander Powder 1/2ts
Garam Masala 1/4ts
Mustard Seeds 1/2ts
Curry leaf 8-10
Corriander 1tb
Onion 1small
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1/2
Salt as per Taste

Mix it well keep it for 10 min. at kitchen counter
then add Baking Soda 1/4ts and again mix it..
greese Appe pan with 2-3 drops of Oil..fry in medium flame one side for 3 min. then turn and again fry for 2min. Poha Appe is ready to serve in Breakfast..
