Section of Motorway Bridge Collapses in Genoa

A section of a motorway bridge in the Italian city of Genoa collapsed on August 14 in heavy rain.A photo posted by firefighters showed a large section of the bridge having fallen.Ansa said emergency crews reported a number of causalities, with about a dozen vehicles crushed in the collapse.The bridge, the Morandi, forms part of the A10 motorway, connecting Genoa to Ventimiglia near the French border.
