Flash flooding hit Queens, New York, on Tuesday, August 7, as thunderstorms swept through the area.This video shows water rushing along Queens Boulevard close to the intersection with 63rd Drive.During the storm, two men were left in a critical condition after being struck by lightning in Flushing Meadows Park, Queens, local media reported.
