One of the world’s largest manufacturers of semiconductors and processors has been forced to halt operations.
Digital Trends reports it's due to a computer virus that has affected several of its factories.
Production was disrupted Friday at several Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. factories.
No individual or organization has taken credit, but
TSMC representatives say the virus was not introduced by a hacker.
