Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson describes the casting of Tilda Swinton in a role that was originally written as asian was a 'catch 22', point out that the original character is based on stereotypes.

Derrickson also reveals that a possible War Machine easter egg is just a red herring.

Doctor Strange is the latest movie from the Marvel Cinematic Universe and stars british actor Benedict Cumberbatch as the eponymous Dr Steven Strange - a surgeon who loses the use of his hands but discovers a greater power.
