Peace Talks Sixth Round End in Havana With No Ceasefire Agreement

The Colombian government and the national liberation army or ELN have ended their sixth round of peace talks without agreeing on a new bilateral ceasefire. After meeting in the Cuban capital Havana, the two parties said important progress was made but acknowledged they failed to achieve a second agreement of truce.
