Children Swim On Flooded Road

This was the moment locals played in a flooded road after a huge river burst its banks after heavy rain in Vietnam. The 421B highway in Quoc Oai district, Hanoi, was overcome with water after downpours on July 28. Locals donned life-jackets and splashed around on the flooded surface as cars ploughed through the water.Passing motorist Huy Nguyen said: ''Rain flooded the road and made a swimming pool for the rural children to play in.''Every time a car drove past it was like mini waves hitting them. They were having a lot of fun.'
