Thousands in Argentina march against army decree

Thousands of demonstrators in Argentina, including the human rights group Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo, whose children disappeared during the military dictatorship, protest against a controversial decree, by President Mauricio Macri, which assigns internal security tasks to the Armed Forces for border surveillance.
