Alabama Man in Wheelchair Visits Beach for First Time

An Alabama man who uses a wheelchair was given a special gift when a friend took him to the beach for the first time on July 23.Izas Fuller shared footage of his friend David Thomas staring out at the ocean in Panama City Beach, Florida. Thomas, 36, has cerebral palsy, according to local media, and had not left his home in Jefferson County, Alabama, since a school trip 20 years ago. Fuller decided to change that and take Thomas to see the ocean for the first time.Thomas can be seen riding his motorized wheelchair across the sand and staring at the water. “This is the best summer vacation, ever.
