Caught on cam: Cell Phone driving leads to accident in Hyderabad. A 35-year-old man riding a two-wheeler crashed into another two-wheeler in Hyderabad. The incident took place, when he was trying to move on to the wrong side of the road while talking on cell phone. The injured was rushed to the hospital and the doctors have declared him brain dead.
