INGREDIENTS :
Corn Kernels - 3 cups
Onion - 1, medium, finely chopped
Green chillis - 4
Ginger - 1''
Curry Leaves
Salt to taste
Rice flour -2 tsp
Oil for deep frying


Method :
1. Grind the corn kernels, green chilies, and ginger to a coarse paste
2. Remove to a bowl. Next add rice flour, chopped onions, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and salt and mix well.
3. Form lemon sized balls with the mixture. Flatten it on your palm to make a Patty shape. Prepare patties with the rest of the mixture.
4. Heat oil for deep frying. Once it is hot, reduce flame to medium and slowly place the patties in the oil and fry them on both sides to a golden brown color.
Serve warm with tomato sauce or any chutney of your choice.
