US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says progress was made in recent talks with North Korea. Pompeo adds he spent “a good deal of time” discussing a denuclearization timeline for North Korea. Reuters reports talks also centered on the declaration of the North’s nuclear and missile facilities. Pompeo did not meet Kim Jong Un as he had done on his two previous visits to North Korea this year.
