A cat cools off next to a fan during a recent heatwave in Thailand.

The three-year-old black-and-white moggy was sprawled enjoying the fresh breeze blowing over his tummy as temperatures soared past 35 degrees Celsius in Ranong, southern Thailand, recently.

Owner Homchan Bangalow said: ''The cat has the right idea. I didn't need to ask him if he was OK. He looked so relaxed and chilled out already.''
