A doting cat owner gives his pet its own mini-electric fan to cool off in the summer heat.

Footage shows the kitten slumped on the floor in front of the cute fan in Surat Thani, southern Thailand on May 21.

Dutch Martin Roest recorded the video of his cat named Neko at the bar lounge.

He said: "I am happy every time I see my lady cat gets cooling. I want her to be comfortable."
