Powerful rainstorm causes flash floods in eastern China

A powerful rainstorm caused flash flooding in eastern China's Shandong Province. In the clip, shot in Zibo City on June 26, the streets are submerged and vehicles are trapped under deep floodwater. A man in a red T-shirt suddenly falls into the floods and two women are shouting to ask help for him. Two passersby come to help. Another video also shows people ankle-deep in water in a hospital. The city issued its first rainstorm red alert - the most serious level - of the rainstorm of this year. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
