Ivan Duque Asks ELN to Cease Activities to Continue Peace Talks

Colombia's president-elect Ivan Duque said that he will demand the National Liberation Army - or E-L-N- to cease all of its activities to continue with the peace talks. The upcoming president also said he wants the peace accord signed with the FARC in 2016 to be modified, but he promised he will not erase the agreement.
