Presidential Candidate Ivan Duque Threats to End Peace Dialogue With ELN

Colombian presidential hopefull Ivan Duque is considering to end the peace talks with the ELN if elected on Sunday's runoff.
Duque said the dialogues currently underway in Cuba will continue only if the ELN agrees to end extortion and drug trafficking activities. He also said the armed group must withdraw to a reintegration camps set up for the FARC last year.
