Ingredients:
1/2 kg - Colocasia/Arbi/Taro root (Boiled&Peeled)
Salt
Red Chili Powder
Ajwain
Jeera powder
Dry coriander powder
Green Chilies - Chopped
Amchoor Powder
Coriander leaves
2 tsp - Ginger - Garlic paste
3-4 tsp - Gram flour
Method of preparation:
Cut the Arbi into 2 pieces from the center.
Add salt, red chili powder, ajwain, jeera powder, dry coriander powder, green chilies, amchoor powder, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, gram flour.
Coat the arbi with this dry masalas and keep it aside to rest for 30 minutes.
Fry the arbi in hot oil and take it out once it's done.
Now the next step is to cover the arbi with a tissue paper and press it lightly.
Put the arbi in the frying pan again to fry it one more time.
Our Arbi's are nice, crispy and ready to eat.
