Haryana Govt orders athletes to hand over one-third of their earnings

Haryana government made a shocking announcement which has gone down well as they have ordered sportspersons from the state to hand over one third of their income from participation or endorsements. The Haryana Sports and youth affairs department stated that they money would be used for development of sports in the state.
