Denver Uber Driver Shoots And Kills Passenger

An Uber driver shot and killed a passenger on the Denver interstate Friday morning. The Denver Police Department said preliminary information indicated a conflict inside the vehicle preceded the shooting. The passenger was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital. The driver was also taken to the hospital and released after receiving treatment. An Uber representative told Business Insider that the company believes the incident occurred during an Uber ride.
