The shameless thief was busted by a member of staff crawling through the shop door and towards the newspaper shelf in the Best-One store. But instead of retreating he hilariously freezes mid-reach - and then makes one more move to grab a Peppa Pig magazine right under the nose of the baffled worker. Shop owner Sunny Patel posted the CCTV footage on Facebook to shame the thief - along with clips of him sitting on the floor outside the shop reading the girly mags.
