Motorists were left angry and frustrated after being stuck in slow moving traffic so a police escort could protect more than fifty lost DUCKS. A police motorbike was captured on film ushering dozens of the birds to safety as they waddled along the A3 at Milford, Surrey, on Thursday (15/8) morning. It led to a build up of traffic in the busy morning rush hour as the group of Mallard ducks filed in single file down the hard shoulder. A spokesperson from Surrey Police confirmed that they received a call from a concerned motorist at 7.19am and an officer was sent to herd the birds to safety.
