Kellyanne Conway on Sunday asked CNN’s Brian Stelter, “Did You Vote For Hillary Clinton Or Donald Trump?’
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway on Sunday asked CNN's Brian Stelter, "Did You Vote For Hillary Clinton Or Donald Trump?" The 20-or-so minute conversation between the two was quite heated and touched upon the reported leaks coming from the White House, President Trump's apparent avoidance of the news media, and the leader's statements about the Mueller investigation. When Stelter asked how Trump can be confident that the Mueller probe has turned up no evidence of collusion between Trump campaign and Russia, Conway shot back, "If you want to talk about the 2016 election, let's talk about it. I think everything should come out." After challenging him on what evidence he has that collusion occurred, Conway said, "Tell America, did you vote for Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump? How did your wife vote?" Stelter noted the question was inappropriate, but revealed, "I did not vote for president. I left that spot blank on the ballot that day."
"You probably didn't think she needed your help," Conway then asserted.
