Chilli Chicken with Gravy | Kitchen Time with Neha

So this is my first chicken recipe on my channel and it was requested by Syeda Uzma so I am really happy to upload it :D This Chilli Chicken is my familys favourite so I hope it can be yours too ;) Try it and let me know how it turns out! You can skip the cornflour and water if you want a dry Chilli Chicken. That tastes really good too! :D\r

NOTE: I mentioned chicken broth in the ingredients. But it is chicken stock and not chicken broth.\r

Ingredients:\r

For chicken fritters/pakoras:\r
*300 g boneless chicken, cut into bite sized 1 1/2 inch pieces\r
*1 tbsp soy sauce\r
*2 tbsp tomato chilli sauce\r
*2 heaped tbsp ginger garlic paste\r
*salt, to taste\r
*black pepper, to taste\r
*1 medium sized egg, beaten\r
*65 g cornflour\r
*oil, to deep fry\r

For chicken chilli gravy:\r
*2 tbsp oil\r
*1 onion, chopped\r
*4 spring onion whites + greens, separated and chopped\r
*2 tbsp ginger garlic paste\r
*3 capsicums, sliced lengthwise\r
*2 tbsp soya sauce\r
*1/4 cup red chilli sauce\r
*1/4 cup green chill sauce\r
*1/4 cup tomato sauce\r
*2 cups chicken stock\r
*2 tbsp cornflour + 1/3 cup water\r
*salt, to taste\r
