Curtis Holt was travelling to work on Tuesday, May 15, when he spotted a rogue kangaroo bouncing along Highway 28 near the Georgia and South Carolina state line. He captured this video as the animal hopped past his car.McCormick County Sheriff’s Office was called to the scene and shocked to find there was, in fact, a kangaroo. They posted an image of the marsupial to Facebook with the caption “I thought dispatch was joking.”Local news reported the kangaroo was later captured and returned to its owner, a licensed exotic animal farm.
