First U.S.-North Korea Summit Set For June 12 In Singapore

A meeting has been set for the leaders of the United States and North Korea to meet for the first time.
President Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un will hold a summit on June 12 in Singapore.
The site will be where the U.S. side will try to persuade Pyongyang to give up its nuclear weapons.
Tensions have since eased greatly between North and South Korea,
starting around the time of the North’s participation in the Winter Olympics in South Korea in February.
