Wall Street shifted into neutral for May 8th ahead of President Donald Trump's decision to withdrawal from an international nuclear agreement with Iran.
Investors stumbled into Tuesday trading with the top three indexes down less than a percent each.
By midday President Trump confirmed what some investors speculated.
But the announcement hardly had an effect by the end of the day.
Each index fluctuated by a one-hundredth of a percent.
