Free hugs offered to protest attack on a couple in Kolkata metro

A group of youngsters offered free hugs to people outside a metro station in Kolkata on May 2. This was their way of protesting against an alleged attack on a couple inside the metro train recently. The couple was allegedly assaulted by co-passengers on April 30 for public display of affection. The incident spurred protests across the city over the last two days against moral policing.
