Paul Johnston and Wayne Kershaw take a look at two scooters from Taiwanese company Kymco - the 50cc Cobra Cross and the 125cc Spacer. The Cobra Cross produces a measly 5.2bhp, which is designed for people who only need to travel short distances, where as the slightly more powerful,l water-cooled, 125cc Spacer produces a more reasonable 11bhp.
