Simple rotator cuff stretching

Just leaving this here for when we prescribe level 1 rotator cuff exercises for home. This exercise always comes back a bit "off" when we check it at the follow up appointment

Remember:
1. Do not push through pain. This exercise should be 100% pain free!

2. Keep your elbow tight by your side at all times. It can help to imagine that you have a $50 note between your elbow and waist.

3. Think about keeping your collarbones "wide" throughout the exercise. Another way is to "make your collarbones smile"

And most importantly 4. DO IT! tie your band to the bathroom door and get in a quick set while you wait for the shower water to warm up.

Note - Obviously you would keep the band in the affected arm and turn around when doing the external rotation (2nd exercise). Rhi has stayed facing the front so you can see the technique. Thanks Rhi ☺️
