Mamata Surpnakha, Hindus Unsafe in West Bengal, Says BJP MLA Surendra Singh. Controversial UP BJP MLA Surendra Singh has put his foot in his mouth again, this time by calling West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee “surpnakha”, the demon princess, alleging that people were dying on the streets in the state. He said Hindus were unsafe in India and if nothing was done about it, then West Bengal would face a Jammu & Kashmir-like situation.
