A man aboard a Ride on Bus in Rockville, Maryland, fled the bus and was hit by a car after he allegedly stole a fellow passenger’s wallet on April 13.Surveillance video from the bus shows the series of events unfold, starting with the robbery. The robbery victim struggled with the suspect before the suspect took off, fleeing from the bus into traffic. He was hit by a Subaru.
