A 50-year-old man from Queens was shot in the ankle on June 14 outside the Barclays Center in downtown Brooklyn.The man who was shot was named by a local ABC affiliate as Ellison Ingram. He told police he witnessed an argument between two men before he was shot. He was said to be in a stable condition in hospital.CCTV footage of the suspect was released by the NYPD.
