Chicken Shashlik with Gravy Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
-Oil 1-2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes 2 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
-Boiling water (Pani) as required
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
-Oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tbs
-Chicken stock 1 Cup or as required
-Corn flour 1 tbs

Directions:
-In bowl,add soy sauce,vinegar,black pepper powder,salt,paprika powder,sugar,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add chicken boneless cubes,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In pot,add oil,marinated chicken and mix well.
-Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes then cook on high flame until dry.
-Add capsicum,tomato,onion and mix well for 1-2 minutes and take out in a bowl & set aside.
-Cut tomatoes slightly with the help of the knife.
-In boiling water,add tomatoes and blanch for 2 minutes and take out in a bowl.
-Peel off the skin and cut roughly & let them cool.
-In grinder,add tomatoes,grind well & set aside.
-In the same pot,add oil,garlic and mix well.
-Add grinded tomatoes,tomato ketchup,hot sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,sugar,white pepper powder,salt, black pepper powder,red chili crushed and mix well.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-In chicken stock,add corn flour and whisk well.
-Add it in pot,mix continuously and cook until desired consistency.
-Add cooked chicken & vegetables,mix well and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
-Serve with rice.
